We are looking for a Customer Care Advocate who is passionate about providing exceptional service and making a positive impact. The ideal candidate should thrive in a collaborative international environment where teamwork is highly valued. You should have excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving. Every interaction with our Cyclers is an opportunity to empower them with the knowledge they need to manage their health effectively. Your ability to understand the needs of our Cyclers, adapt to changing situations, and communicate complex information clearly and understandably will be key to your success. You should be able to work efficiently in a remote work environment where online and asynchronous communication is foundational. You must be fluent in English and based in Sweden for this position.What you will be doing
Support our Cyclers and potential Cyclers with their questions via email. Questions can include topics about our subscription, payment, shipping and logistics, etc. as well as using the app and how Natural Cycles works
Communicate in an engaging, caring, and credible way that builds long-term trust with our Cyclers
Provide swift and thorough solutions to Cyclers when they reach out with a question
Meet individual and team quality service goals (CSAT, FRT, etc)
Record and relay feedback and insights from Cyclers to our internal teams to help us continually improve our product and user experience.
Maintain an expert-level knowledge of our products, internal systems, policies, and marketing initiatives, and maintain a curiosity about women’s health and the menstrual cycle.
Contribute to identifying areas of improvement with the Cycler journey
Follow Natural Cycles’ standard operating procedures and work instructions
Help to respond to App Store, Trustpilot, and Google Play reviews
Help resolve transactional disputes in our payment platform
Help support teammate questions over Slack
As a Natural Cycler Customer Care Advocate, we must be able to support our users in English and other languages that the team or our users might require

Excellent written communication skills
Fluent in English
Able to work Tuesday – Saturday
