Primary Responsibilities

    • With your industry, domain and product expertise you will consult your targeted clients in how they can become more successful while using Questback
    • With your knowledge, creativity and enthusiasm clients will explore new ways of using Questback
    • Together with our team of account managers you will contribute expanding the existing client base, and making sure the clients renew.
    • Consult your clients on best practises within CX and/or EX feedback management
    • Educate customers within CX and EX feedback management, e.g., webinars and customer training
    • You will be astute at how technology in combination with vast CX and EX experience can solve the most critical business challenges

Who are you?

Giving clients the best possible customer experience and helping them on their journey of improvements based on smart insights and decision making is what is driving you in your work. You are passionate about data analysis and insights and using digital analysis platforms to achieve the best possible outcome. As a person, you are curious and forward leaning Our customers often have deadlines, and you are used to working against them. Furthermore, you are good at expressing yourself in writing, well organized and is always looking for solutions. Of course, you have good social skills and are good at meeting people in different situations.

Successful candidates will possess most of the following:

  • Post-graduate degree in business/economics/technical sciences/statistics/psychology/behavioral science, or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience with prior customer facing role(s) in employee and/or customer feedback management, consultancy, project management in a business-to-business environment
  • Are fluent or native in Swedish and has excellent skills in English
  • Experience using Salesforce is considered a plus.
