Imagine working with stickers & international customers for days on end. Sounds dreamy, right?

Well, do we have news for you! We are now looking for a new star to join our Customer and Graphic Support team.

At StickerApp, we don’t care what you identify as – as long as you are:

  • A customer success expert with several years of experience in customer support for business to business. A background in sales and/or marketing would be an interesting addition to your profile.
  • Eager to help StickerApp develop its business in Europe (Fluency in English is mandatory. Speaking French, Spanish, German or Dutch is a plus!).
  • An excellent communicator and a team player. You are curious and creative, finding innovative ways to use stickers and labels to meet different customer needs.
  • Interested in graphic design (previous experience with Adobe CC is meritorious) to help our customers make their sticker designs come to life.
  • Any prepress knowledge is a huge plus.

On a day-to-day basis, this is what you will be:

  • Onboard new customers and help them get the most value out of stickers and labels.
  • Answering customers’ inquiries or challenges with the main goal to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Providing information about our products/services to our international customers and make sure that orders are being paid, produced and shipped in good time.
  • Developing a good relationship with important business/B2B customers. Provide them with offers, quotes and invoices.
  • Performing various graphic designer tasks – checking and preparing customers’ files before sending the orders in production.
  • Communicating daily with fellow colleagues in the Customer and Graphic Support team in Lomma and in the US, as well as the production, packing and Sales/Marketing departments.

StickerApp is a tech and e-commerce company in the world of stickers and labels, with markets in the US, Canada, Japan, and all over Europe.

Through us, people can make custom stickers in a quick and easy way. A lot of our customers are small business owners or designers, but we are also working with big international companies and are aiming to develop this part of our business.

Since the start in 2006, we’ve grown to more than 110 employees in Sweden and 13 in the US . Most of us are working at our headquarters in Lomma next to Malmö.

What? When? How?

You will be based at StickerApp’s head office in Lomma, with the possibility to work from home two days a week. During the first period of introduction however, we need you to be working on-site.

The position is full-time with a 6 months trying period.
