As a Sales Responsible Customer Service Representative, you’ll have a comprehensive responsibility area focusing on support and handling customer service inquiries via phone and email. Your daily tasks also include responsibility for direct sales in card terminals and e-commerce, as well as handling invoicing, documentation, and sales statistics.

Your employment begins with thorough introductory training, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn everything needed to successfully take on the role. We offer a flexible work environment with the possibility to work from home one day a week, but we primarily expect you to be present at our office in the new premises in Älta (at least 90%).

In the role of Sales Responsible Customer Service Representative, you’ll work independently while also having the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated colleagues in the office.

To appreciate the tasks in the role, it’s beneficial for you to be attentive and communicative. Our preference is that you have some knowledge of customer calls, sales, and service, or you’re willing to learn. We particularly hope for a colleague who is positive, eager to work, and develop.

You have a keen interest in technology, preferably TCP-IP/Internet, Office (Word/Excel).

It’s advantageous if you have worked in customer service for some time, possibly with support from a technical environment and various financial services.

Having knowledge of card terminals, payment systems (including commission calculations), integration with cash register systems, card acquring/redemption/banking is a big plus. You’re someone who enjoys working in a smaller entrepreneurial-driven company where you can have an impact.
