In this exciting position you will work in the client’s international Customer Service Department and handle issues such as shipment, invoices of goods and bookings. You will also give clearance for the export goods.

The customers are located all over the world and the department makes a strong effort to give them a great customer service and assist them in solving any problems they may have. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work across different departments and interact with customers and exports from around the globe.

The job focuses on providing excellent service, and you will have the chance to enhance your skills as a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator while taking on more responsibilities. The work is diverse, and each day presents new challenges.

Job Assignments

Your primary job responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries and issues through email, teams, and phone
• Organizing and arranging transportation
• Dealing with export paperwork
• Managing orders and generating invoices
• Performing administrative tasks and overseeing warranty management
• Managing claims

Requirements

• Preferred educational background: related to customs, logistics, or business
• Prior experience in a similar role or in service and administration is beneficial
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Swedish
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office with a strong understanding of its features and functions
