Customer Services is a strategic partner to both our customers and businesses and focus on creating exceptional customer experiences and generates revenue growth.
This is a fixed-term contract role running until the end of October with the added advantage of a home office opportunity, providing you with flexibility and convenience in your work environment.
The fixed-term contract could potentially be extended, offering the possibility of continued collaboration beyond the initial period.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate within a team to complete daily tasks in alignment with provided SLAs.
- Respond to Order management questions with accurate and appropriate information through ticket systems
- Engage in both inbound and outbound communication to effectively resolve customer inquiries.
- Professionally handle email interactions with internal and external customers.
- Manage designated key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Dedicate yourself to mastering BD Products to better assist our customers.
About you
- First experience in office environment
- Adaptable to changing customer needs with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Effective collaborator with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Swedish, Finnish and English
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications.
