Boy, do we have news for you! We are now looking for a new superstar to join our Customer and Graphic Support team.

At StickerApp, we don’t care what you identify as – as long as you are:

• Passionate about graphic design (previous experience with Adobe CC is meritorious).
• Eager to help our customers make their sticker designs come to life.
• A customer support superstar.
• An excellent communicator.

On a day-to-day basis, this is what you will be doing:

• Answer customers’ design or product inquiries and/or challenges.
• Provide information about our products and services via email and chat.
• Communicate via email and chat with customers regarding the details of their orders.

– Various graphic designer tasks – completing customer orders and files before sending to production.

• Ensure that customer orders are produced and sent.
• Daily communication with fellow colleagues in the Customer and Graphic Support team in Lomma and in the US, as well as the production and packing departments.

StickerApp is an e-commerce company in the digital printing sphere, with markets in the US, Japan, and all over Europe.

Through us, people can make custom stickers and phone cases, in a quick and easy way. Most of our customers are small business owners or designers, but we have all kinds of people using our services.

Since the start in 2006, we’ve grown to more than 90 employees, with a turnover of 363 million SEK in 2022. We have a small office in the US, but most of us work at our headquarters in Lomma.

What? When? How?

You will be based at StickerApp’s head office in Lomma, with the possibility to work from home two days a week. During the first period of introduction however, we need you to be working on-site.

The position is full-time and temporary for 11 months (with a chance for permanent employment).
