Requirements

The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist will be responsible for analyzing website performance, identifying conversion bottlenecks, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and overall user experience. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, conducting thorough analyses, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize website performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of client websites to identify conversion optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify key areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other optimization experiments to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop hypotheses and test plans aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze test results, providing actionable insights and recommendations for further optimization.
  • Continuously iterate and refine conversion optimization strategies based on performance data and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization and user experience design.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; additional certifications in CRO or digital marketing preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in optimizing conversion rates and improving website performance, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with remote work and managing client relationships remotely is a plus.
