Welcome to Data, Digital Sales & Engagement in Personal Banking and a strong community of experts and people with passion for engaging with customers across digital platforms. Digital Sales & Engagement is responsible for engaging with prospects and customers across the full digital customer journey from external paid channels to our own channels (website and logged-in) as well as through personalized in-app messages, emails and lead generation to physical channels. 

 

Are you a passionate and skilled digital Content Manager and writer looking for an exciting opportunity to drive digital sales at a company with a very ambitious growth strategy? We are growing our Swedish team and now looking for an experienced, creative and data-driven colleague to focus on one of our customer journeys.

 

You will become a trusted member in a data-driven team of multi competences focused on performance and committed to maximizing returns on online investments and elevating customer experience.

 

This is a temporary position of a year and you are based in Stockholm. We work from the office and have a hybrid set-up.

 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Together in your journey team with multiple competences, focus on and co-create better and new ways to reach the set KPIs with content – all in an agile set-up
  • Sharing knowledge and best practice of content to colleagues and stakeholders to ensure accessibility, engagement and sales impact
  • Daily omni-channel content management, including creating, editing, optimizing and publishing to ensure great customer experiences on our website and logged in channels
  • Work closely with colleagues in and outside the team brainstorming ideas, creating concepts, and adding business value to our customers and prospects
  • Quality assure copy, tone of voice, images and flows within your journey

 

To succeed in this role, we believe that you: 

  • Live and breathe digital – it’s a huge part of the way you live and work
  • Are a natural born writer, in Swedish, with a great eye for copywriting and understand what it takes to grab a reader’s attention in the digital landscape.  
  • Have a customer centric approach and base decisions on data and SEO, amongst other relevant insights
  • Are a well-organised, independent and curious self-starter with a proven ability in enabling and producing high-quality content that drives sales & engagement
  • Love working with others to co-create business value through content
  • Are a pragmatic problem solver focusing on solutions that take you forward
  • Have good key stakeholder management skills

Your experience and background has:   

  • Digital copywriting and content creation skills, meaning: you are a great writer, you understand how customers respond to copy, images and visual communication. You know how to make them convert based on their needs.
  • Vast knowledge of how to work with different customer segments and to identify customer journeys and personas to create consistent content across the funnel. You love to create communication that starts with the customer.
  • Well experienced with a growth mindset – you are used to working in an iterative way, and to drive a hypothesis based agenda to test and improve the conversion rates and the customer journeys for our channels. You are data-driven in your core – and you understand why you need to be.
  • Knowledge of how to adapt and create great content based on search engine optimisation (SEO) principles, both on your own as well as collaborating with specialists in order to increase organic traffic to our website.
  • Experience from working agile (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban)
  • Daily experience from various Content Management Systems, ie Tridion and other relevant tools and platforms: Keyword Planners, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Siteimprove.
  • Basic knowledge in Photoshop to manage editing images for page layout
  • A good feeling for the overall visual content in order to create a consistent experience
  • Relevant academic or equivalent higher education
