The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic Growth Hacker to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our client’s growth by leveraging cutting-edge knowledge in automated cold outreaches, system setup, and data quality.

As our Growth Hacker, you’ll be tasked with:

  • Designing and implementing auto-messaging sequences for cold outreach that captivate and convert.
  • Crafting and refining email lists for targeted campaigns that speak directly to the needs and interests of potential clients.
  • Crafting messages and emails, for different channels, and split testing the efficiency of different messages for different target groups.
  • Generating and nurturing a list of potential prospects using advanced database tools and strategies.
  • Creating niche-based segmentation strategies for clients.
  • Ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality, ready-to-engage leads by reviewing, cleaning, and expanding our databases.
  • Utilizing your expertise in various tools to maximize outreach effectiveness.


  • Proven experience in marketing with a focus on growth hacking, particularly in email marketing and cold outreach strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and CRM tools like Hubspot.
  • Familiarity with database scraping tools and strategies and a solid list building and maintenance understanding.
  • A knack for leveraging social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for brand growth.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
