The role:

As our Client Acquisition Manager, you will steer our growth trajectory through strategic client acquisition and relationship-building. Your mandate is to design and deploy innovative strategies that capture the essence of our virtual platform to captivate and convert potential clients.

Your focus will be:

  • Crafting targeted acquisition campaigns to attract and engage prospective clients.
  • Nurturing leads through personalized interactions and demonstrating the unparalleled value of our virtual office solution.
  • Collaborating with marketing to align campaigns with the client’s journey, from awareness to decision.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to refine tactics and amplify success rates.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive client acquisition strategy.
  • Collaborate with the outreach team to identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Manage marketing campaigns designed to generate leads.
  • Lead the exploration of new markets and business opportunities.
  • Optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Report on the performance of acquisition initiatives, including analytics and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.


  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Documented experience in successful sales within the tech industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, including knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Experience with subscription-based business models and cloud-based technologies.
  • Ability to design and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, track progress against goals, and make data-driven decisions.
  • An established network from previous sales roles.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home (in the Stockholm area or nearby) and requires physical attendance at client meetings in Stockholm. We will commence interviews with candidates in early April.
