The Executive Assistant achieves this by fosteringopen and transparent communication, identifying and resolving roadblocks, providing valuableinsights into the organization, and delivering timely and efficient assistance. With constantcommitment, the Executive Assistant ensures that our CEO can focus on their keyresponsibilities, while they facilitate their success.The Business Operations Associate will:● Understanding the current priorities of the CEO and know what to prioritize● Taking care of each request (internal or external) coming for the CEO covering all topics(legal, financial, internal/external communication, product, HR…)○ Requires an understanding of the business● Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing an extremely activecalendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; arrangingcomplex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documentsfor meetings.● Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients.● Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all board members, staff, andexternal partners.● Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously and proactively, andfollow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.● Coordinate and ensure the CEO's schedule is followed and respected, providing a"gatekeeper" and "gateway" role.● Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites,and all staff meetings.● Edit and complete first drafts for written communications to external stakeholders.● Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization andmanage a variety of special projects.How to apply: Please send us your CV or Linkedin profile in English.What we offer:Diversity & CommunityWith our diversity of skills, perspectives and backgrounds, we can create, innovate, and disruptlike no other.
