Job Description

We are now looking for a Business Development Representative (Nordics) to join our growing, international team in Europe. Ideally you are based in Sweden, Norway or Finland as your focus will be on the Nordic market. We work remotely or together at the office, flexibly, depending on what works best for you and the team. No matter where you work, you will have the support of both local and global team mates.

You will have a pioneering and very important role in helping us develop new business and understand the needs of our stakeholders in the EHSQ management, manufacturing, and process industries sector. Main activities include:

  • Identifying and qualifying new opportunities on the Nordic market and help Elisa IndustrIQ establish its footprint in the area – we already have successful products and solutions, now we just need you to help spread the word to this new market!
  • A fair amount of cold-warm outreach combined with the ability to advance enterprise deals through the sales cycle.
  • Reporting progress, discussing and resolving bottlenecks with the team and the management.
  • Aligning and collaborating with marketing on campaigns, content, outreach etc. for these VIP customers.
  • Working with HubSpot, Pandadoc, Zoominfo and other cool tools that we use to increase our impact.

What are we looking for

We don’t expect anyone to be a fully learned, perfect unicorn, because the fun part of a job is constantly learning and developing, right? If you tick most of these boxes, you may however be quite close to an actual unicorn:

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in B2B technology sales
  • Developing new business and charting new territory is exciting and inspiring to you.
  • You have a sufficient level of creativity, project management, business analysis, and people management skills to craft sophisticated deals for large (international) organizations.
  • You feel comfortable working with all levels and stakeholders in an organization, and you know how to clearly present insights, propose changes, and give presentations/demos.
  • You are fluent in Swedish or Norwegian and able to work and communicate excellently in English.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing, ability to provide input, reuse, and build on top of content marketing and B2B digital campaigns is a big plus but not a must have.
  • You feel at home working in an international environment, with super friendly and professional (albeit sometimes a tad crazy) colleagues where bad jokes are welcome and we welcome all different kinds of people as they are.
