The Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with a hunter mentality to join our expanding team. As a key player in our sales force, you’ll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. We are pioneers in remote working and of flexible working, this role will requires travel within EMEA

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate key opportunities and new markets
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and positioning.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of staffing industry, software & technology.
  • A strategic mindset with extensive business experience and a proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within business services.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and disciplined, driven by a strong desire to succeed, with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding goals and targets.
  • Ability to cultivate and nurture long term relationships with C-level executives, as demonstrated by an extensive network of customers and advocates in market.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with a solution focused, flexible mindset open to new ways of working.
