The recently established Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) function will further accelerate SEBs deployment of advanced financial crime prevention capabilities to continuously meet regulatory expectations and to become a leader in fighting financial crime.
As such we are establishing a Data Management team within FCP to grow these capabilities and we are now looking for a Business Analyst to join the team.
The role is based out of either Sweden or Poland.
About the role:
The business analyst role is responsible for supporting the FCP Data Management of the FCP Division covering Governance, Data Management with quality and aligned to FCP business objectives and desired outcomes.
Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Support the delivery of key initiatives within FCP Data Management which aims to accelerate the divisions’ ability to become a Data-driven business.
- Translate and describe business needs into data and IT requirements.
- Be able to deep dive into technical questions and dependencies.
- Play a key role in projects related to Data Quality and data reconciliation.
- Provide business analysis for strategic change management projects.
- Assist the Product Owner in driving different projects and refining tasks for the Team.
- Build and maintain appropriate documentation (BRDs, FRDs) and drive internal change management processes.
- Ensure adherence, adoption and continuous improvement of data policies, standards, and practices across FCP.
Who you are?
To be successful in this position we see that you have:
- Extensive Business Analyst experience in Financial Crime Prevention or Banking
- Knowledgeable about Data Management challenges in banking
- Strong skills in collecting, analyzing, prioritizing, and presenting business requirements
- Proficient in driving and maintaining documentation (BRDs and FRDs)
- Analyze data and design solutions for data issues
- Collaborate with subject matter experts on data requirements
- Emphasize the value of data as a business asset
- Familiarity with Collibra is a plus
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements
- Proficient in MS Office, Agile tools, and beneficial to know SQL, BI products, and data management tools
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business and stakeholders
- Passionate about delivering value to the business.
