Job Description

Our banking client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in driving KYC (Know Your Customer) related initiatives. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing KYC processes, and bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. Responsibilities: – Gathering Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for KYC-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business objectives. – KYC Process Design and Documentation: Utilize your expertise to design efficient and compliant KYC processes, documenting workflows, procedures, and guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization. – Leading Stakeholder Discussions: Facilitate discussions and workshops with various business stakeholders to define requirements, resolve conflicts, and reach consensus on the approach for KYC initiatives. – Bridge Between Business and IT: Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring that IT solutions effectively address business needs.

– You are en experienced Business Analyst with several years experience in the same role. – You have several years experience working with stakeholders management. – Experience within financial crime (AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions), working agile and experience with SAFe is an advantage. – Proficient in MS Office suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel as a minimum. – Fluency in English is a requirement (speaking and writing).

Admission and Application

Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start 2024-04-01 and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-12-31 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client with office in Stockholm. Possibility to work remotely up to 50% and travel within the Nordic region may occur.
