The main responsibility as an Allocation Controller is to ensure the allocation of our products with high precision in alignment with Kappahl’s goals and strategy to contribute to increased sales and profit. nnThe main tasks will be: nn – Optimizing sales by allocating right garment to the right place.n – Analysing the sales and stock behaviour in our different sales channels and stores to act on needs and potentials.n – Follow-up and analysing KPI’s.n – Being part of developing the way-of-working and educating the organization.nnThe best part of this position is that every day will be different. You will be part of our joyful Allocation team and will work in close collaboration with the other Allocation Controllers who are responsible for the allocation within all our sales channels – stores as well as online. It’s the perfect role for you who likes challenges and having broad contact areas within the whole organisation. nnYour profilenWe are seeking you who have academic degree within economics or similar, as well as previous experience as a controller or other analytical position, preferably within retail. You always have a business-oriented and commercial mindset and make decision based on increasing the sales numbers. You have advanced knowledge of Excel. You also master English and Swedish, in both speech and writing. nnAs a person, you are a team player but work independently with your responsibilities. You are responsive, analytical and thorough with a strong drive. You take initiative and enjoy collaborating with other roles within the organization, both in daily work and for development. You enjoy a high pace from time to time and have an ability to prioritize and organize your work. nnAre you interested? nThis is a temporary position for approx. 9 months, with placement at our head office in Mölndal.
