Would you like to be responsible for excellence in deliveries related to the Financial Crime area? Do you have the ambition and passion to drive developments for technological and regulatory excellence and efficiency of processes? Then this might be the position for you, as we are looking for a Product Owner to join us in Financial Crime Prevention in the SEB Group.
As a Product owner, you will work as a part of an agile team focusing on maximizing the value of the deliveries to our stakeholders.

About the role:
Your main responsibilities as an Agile Product Owner will include :
  • Own, prioritize, and manage transparent product backlog.
  • Consolidate one prioritized backlog and roadmap (including Stakeholder needs, regulatory requirements, architectural/tech transition & team improvements) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicating with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and bringing their voice to the Delivery team.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the product while achieving organization goals, by enabling self-organization, continuous learning, and cross-collaboration within the team.
  • Contribute to the strategic agenda of the Financial Crime Prevention organization.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Skills to set priorities in a transparent and systematic way.
  • Work experience with IBM BAW or any other product used for workflow automation would be an advantage, maybe you have in the past worked as an analyst or developer within automation.
  • Knowledge and experience within the Financial Crime prevention area would be a benefit.
  • Strategic thinking and innovative mindset.
  • Analytical skills and knowledge to handle complex information.
  • Passion for excellence and strong personal drive to make a difference.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to interact successfully within all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
