About Our Client:
Our client specializes in white-label solutions for gateways and wallets, focusing on Asia processing in countries like India, Singapore, the Philippines, and Bangladesh. They operate in high-risk industries such as Gambling and Forex, providing secure and efficient payment solutions. For the past 6 years, they have maintained stability and growth, with a dedicated team of 16-17 professionals, primarily based in Latvia. They focus on solving problems rather than pointing out mistakes, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their clients receive exceptional service and support.

Position: Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Merchant Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and merchants, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Post-Sales Management: Oversee client interactions post-sales, manage contracts, create and manage chat groups, and handle the entire integration process.
  • Contract and CRM Management: Review contracts, understand CRM systems, and monitor merchant activities, conversions, and turnovers.
  • Product Sales and Proposals: Sell new products, notify merchants of updates, and prepare pricing proposals.
  • Proactive Client Management: Actively monitor client statuses and lead them proactively through the CRM system.
  • Operational Support: Take initiative in operational tasks, negotiate with clients, and analyze market trends to formulate the best offers.
  • Exhibitions and Presentations: Represent the company at exhibitions and present our offerings effectively.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 2+ years in the payment industry.
  • Skills: Structured, intelligent, responsible, proactive, and capable of handling operational tasks. Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and a desire to understand clients and market offerings.
  • Languages: Proficient in English and Russian.
  • Additional: Experience as a Business Development Manager (BDM) is a plus.

Location:

  • Office in Latvia, with the option to work remotely.
