The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations online and onsite when needed.
This position is 100% Commission based to start. We provide a very attractive commission for each sale (up front and during the life of the customer relationship.) We provide an employee stock purchase plan after 12 months of successful employment.
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
- Effectively demonstrate product line
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
- Develop own sales pipelines & we will provide you leads
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Go-getter / Hunter Attitude
- Understand of Social Media as a sales channel
