We’re a Norwegian aromatherapy/home scenting brand looking for our first customer service rep. With Scandinavian roots, we have adopted the simple, minimalist and modern design principles of creating timeless and functional products. What we’re looking for:

You are kind, a quick learner and effective communicator, written and spoken. You’re both good at following a structure, but also finding new solutions when you’re encountering problems. You’re fluent in English, German and If you know a Scandinavian language too, that’s a big plus!

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish and English (If you know German, that is a plus)
  • Great communication skills

You will be serving customers in Norway, Sweden, Germany and the UK using Re:amaze to answer chat questions, emails and social media comments and DMs. In the future, you may also be asked to answer phone calls from customers. We expect you to give quick answers to customers and to create a WOW-experience. We also work to automate as much as possible by scripting answers we get more than two times.
