As our new CEO you will in cooperation with our board be in charge of developing and executing our strategy. In the short term (12-18 months), your main areas of work will be:
- Sales, marketing and optimisation of the platform in cooperation with the team
- Lead Hilfr through a new fundraising round in cooperation with the founders of the company
- Improve and enlarge our company culture based on decency, optimism and a desire to improve working conditions for people working in the service industry
- Represent Hilfr at conferences, negotiations, events for Hilfrs etc.
