Collective Minds Radiology is a Swedish health-tech startup founded in 2017. We develop and deliver a cloud-based collaboration platform for healthcare, medical education, and research, with the goal of helping more patients to the right diagnosis and treatment faster. Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and organized students to join our team as Webinar Coordinators. As a Webinar Coordinator, you are a part of Customer Success, a passionate and driven team aiming for high quality and always having the customer in focus. You will play a key role in supporting the organization and hosting of weekly live webinars every Sunday afternoon. In addition to webinar support, you will assist with various administrative tasks supporting the Commercial and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the organization and hosting of live webinars every Sunday afternoon.

  • Coordinate with speakers and guests to ensure smooth webinar delivery and assist with training Zoom sessions.

  • Provide technical support during webinars to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

  • Assist with pre- and post-webinar administrative tasks, including scheduling, sending reminders, and collecting feedback.

  • Maintain a professional presence during webinars to ensure a positive participant experience.

  • Support the Commercial and Customer Success teams by assisting with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

  • Proficiency in using webinar platform Zoom.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Prior experience in event coordination or customer service is a plus but not required.
