This is a full time position and we aim to hire as soon as possible. You work hybrid and you will be based in Solna office, Sweden.

The role:

As our Head of Finance Operations, you will be a part of our NorBal (Nordics & Baltics) Finance team, and lead the Finance Operations team of 3 people with additional dotted-line functional teams. You will report directly to our Finance Director NorBal, who is based in Solna office as well.

You will drive financial performance and support the strategic priorities of Operations for Nordics and Baltic region, covering 7 countries across different functions of Material procurement, Supply Chain and Industrial. You will ensure accurate and timely financial animation, planning and reporting while being a solid business partner to the operations stakeholders at different levels of Danone company.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Analyze actual financial results to budget, preparing variance reporting to functional stakeholders
• Lead Finance Operations team Nordics and Baltics for Danone Categories (Dairy/ Plant-Base/Specialized Nutrition / Juices)
• Create and maintain monthly/yearly budgets & forecasts.
• Identify potential areas for cost savings and productivities through process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with other departments such as Operations (Materials, Manufacturing, Supply Chain functions), in a multi-functional, multi-layer environment.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and financial plans, support in the business cases and strategic projects across the region.
• Lead and develop your team

About you

To be successful in this role, we believe that you:

• Have proven great experience from Finance, ideally within the FMCG industry.
• Have excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages will be a clear advantage, notably Swedish and/or other regional / European language.
• Have high academic background in Business, Finance, or similar.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a complex environment
• Strong analytical skills and are solution oriented by heart
• Are confident in your role as a leader, and have a coaching approach and enables an open feedback culture
