About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Technical Lead / Project Manager who can lead software development, manage technical projects, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development experience, technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage project timelines, priorities, and delivery. Experience in the recruitment, staffing, or HR technology domain will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of web applications, from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend solutions.
• Manage project timelines, sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Review code, maintain coding standards, and ensure application performance and security.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development plans.
• Identify technical risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Take ownership of technical decisions and continuously improve development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in full-stack software development or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
• Experience leading development teams or managing technical projects.
• Good communication, problem-solving, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with project coordination and team leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRTech, or talent management platforms.
• Familiarity with recruitment workflows, candidate databases, job portals, and CRM systems.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and building workflow automation solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile project management tools such as Jira, or DevOps.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates who have solid full-stack development experience and some exposure to technical leadership or project management. Candidates do not need to have extensive recruitment-domain experience, but familiarity with recruitment or HR technology will be an added advantage.
