Core Duties

• Manage user account information while strictly adhering to data security and privacy protocols.
• Stay ahead of the curve by mastering new platform features and the latest streaming technology.
• Provide top-tier customer support to Finnish-speaking users of a premier international streaming platform.
• Work alongside diverse departments to maintain excellence in service across the streaming industry.
• Resolve technical playback or connectivity difficulties with efficiency to keep customer satisfaction high.
• Troubleshoot billing queries and general account management for our subscribers.
• Collect and log valuable customer insights to assist in the global evolution of the streaming platform.

Candidate Prerequisites

• Native or highly proficient command of the Finnish language (verbal and written).
• Hold a valid EU passport (this is an essential requirement).
• Possess a genuine enthusiasm for digital media and streaming entertainment.
• Previous background in service-oriented roles is highly valued.
