Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage order processing, return requests, and loyalty account inquiries with high precision.
• Ensure all customer touchpoints across phone, live chat, and email reflect a high-tier, luxury service standard.
• Cultivate brand loyalty through empathetic, sophisticated, and polished communication.
• Work in tandem with international units to guarantee a seamless premium experience for our Nordic clientele.
• Serve as a subject matter expert regarding jewelry styling, product care, and collection details.
• Provide personalized assistance that upholds the prestige and elegance synonymous with the Pandora name.
• Strive for high performance to maintain the reputation of our Finnish-speaking team in Greece.

Candidate Qualifications

• Fluent or native command of the Finnish language (both verbal and written).
• A valid EU passport or legal residency status that grants the right to work in Greece.
• Excellent digital proficiency and the capability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid setup from Greece.
• Strong English language skills to operate within our international corporate environment.
• A refined communication style and a helpful, professional demeanor.
• A sincere enthusiasm for the luxury retail market and a commitment to elevated customer care.
