Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on IBM Mainframe platforms. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Design, code, test, debug, and implement mainframe applications. Perform application maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support. Identify and resolve defects and performance issues. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Prepare technical documentation and support application releases. Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other technical teams. Follow SDLC processes and coding standards.
