About the Opportunity
The DK Initiative is inviting applications for its International Election Volunteer Program. This remote volunteer opportunity is designed for individuals who are interested in elections, democracy, governance, public policy, international affairs, and civic participation.
As an International Election Volunteer, you will support election observation and democracy-related initiatives through research, monitoring, information management, documentation, reporting, and other mission-support activities. Volunteers may contribute to ongoing election observation missions, electoral research projects, and democratic governance initiatives across different regions of the world.
This position provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to election observation processes while collaborating with an international network of volunteers and professionals.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct election-related research and information gathering
✅ Monitor electoral developments and publicly available information
✅ Assist with data collection, verification, and documentation
✅ Support the preparation of reports, briefings, and analytical outputs
✅ Participate in online meetings, training sessions, and team discussions
✅ Provide administrative and operational support to election observation activities
✅ Uphold principles of impartiality, neutrality, and professionalism

Important Information
This is a voluntary, unpaid position.
No salary, stipend, or financial compensation will be provided.

Selected volunteers may be invited to participate remotely in future election observation and democracy-related initiatives based on their interests, skills, and performance.
