We’re Omoi — a creative agency for deep tech. Space, aerospace, AI, robotics, energy — we help companies with branding, strategy, design, content, and storytelling. Companies doing hard things that are hard to explain. But also companies that, every day, achieve the near-impossible.

Since we started Omoi two years ago, we’ve worked with over 25 companies across 7+ countries, grown from two people to twelve, and helped our clients raise more than €300 million in capital.

We’re looking for a Creative Front-end Developer . Someone who loves building beautiful, performant digital experiences and believes the best websites are crafted, not just coded. You’re someone who bridges the gap between design and technology — turning thoughtful concepts into polished, interactive experiences. You notice when typography is slightly off, when spacing doesn’t feel right, or when an interaction could be smoother. You’re comfortable designing and refining interfaces, and making thoughtful visual decisions without needing every pixel handed to you.

The work spans brand websites, product sites, and digital experiences, built primarily in Webflow, reaching for creative code whenever an idea demands it. You’ll work closely with our designers to turn concepts into polished, responsive experiences while contributing your own design thinking throughout the process.

We build our own things too — internal tools, experiments, and the occasional product we might take to market. Fast, functional prototypes are great, but someone eventually needs to make them feel intentional. That’s where you come in. You’ll help shape products that are not only well-built, but enjoyable to use.

We’re embracing AI as part of how we work. Tools like Claude Code are part of our everyday workflow, but knowing how to prompt isn’t enough. We value people who know when AI gets you 80% of the way there—and have the craft to take it the final 20%.

Our working language is English, and all work happens from our studio in central Stockholm. We don’t do remote work—we believe the best creative work comes from collaborating in person.

What we are looking for:

• Strong front-end development skills with experience building polished, production-ready websites and digital experiences
• Excellent Webflow skills, with the ability to independently build responsive, performant websites from concept through launch
• Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• A strong eye for typography, layout, spacing, motion, and interaction design
• Comfortable designing websites, refining interfaces, and making thoughtful design decisions when needed
• Experience translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive builds while knowing when to improve on the details
• An instinct for craft—the difference between a site that works and one that feels alive
• Comfortable building with AI tools like Claude Code as a genuine part of your workflow, while knowing when manual craftsmanship still matters
• Bonus: experience with GSAP, Canvas, Three.js/WebGL, React, or other creative coding frameworks
• Bonus: experience working with deep-tech, science, or technology companies
