We’re hiring a Founding Account Executive at PassportReader.

PassportReader builds infrastructure for high-assurance identity verification using government-signed data from passports, ID cards, and digital wallets.

Our customers are companies that need a stronger identity verification layer: identity providers, KYC/AML platforms, fintechs, banks, crypto platforms, regtech companies, onboarding providers, age verification providers, and digital credential/wallet ecosystems.

We’re looking for someone with experience selling into these types of industries.

This is not a generic SaaS sales role. You’ll be selling a technical infrastructure product where the buyers may include product leaders, compliance teams, engineering teams, fraud teams, and founders.

You’ll work on things like:

• Building and owning our outbound sales motion

• Selling to identity, fintech, regtech, KYC/AML, fraud, and onboarding companies

• Running discovery with technical and compliance-heavy buyers

• Turning pilots and technical evaluations into commercial deals

• Managing partner and OEM-style sales conversations

• Helping refine our ICP, messaging, pricing, and packaging

• Feeding market learnings back into product and strategy

• Building the foundation for our commercial function

This role is a good fit if you have sold products where trust, compliance, security, or regulated workflows matter.

You might be a fit if you have experience selling into some of:

• Identity verification / IDV

• KYC / AML

• RegTech

• Fintech or banking infrastructure

• Fraud prevention

• Payments

• Crypto onboarding

• Trust & safety

• Authentication or access management

• Digital identity, credentials, or wallets

We’re looking for someone who can do the full early-stage sales motion: identify the right accounts, get in front of decision-makers, understand their pain, explain the product clearly, manage a technical evaluation, and close.

You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable selling to technical buyers and understanding infrastructure products.

We’re a small team, so this is a high-impact role. You’ll help shape how PassportReader goes to market and how companies adopt high-assurance identity verification across passports, ID cards, and digital wallets.

Location: Stockholm / remote-friendly within Europe.
