RZ HR Studio is hiring for Creative Strategists for clients in our Remote Talent Network.

These are performance-driven eCommerce brands, DTC companies, and marketing agencies that rely on creative to drive growth. If you know how to develop winning ad concepts, identify compelling angles, and turn insights into high-performing campaigns, we’d love to connect with you.

WHO YOU’RE JOINING

You will be joining a curated network of eCommerce operators and matched with brands that are actively scaling. Our clients are 7–8 figure DTC and eCommerce brands, performance marketing agencies, SaaS companies, and growth-focused businesses. They hire for results, not resumes.

WHAT’S EXCITING ABOUT THIS ROLE

• Work directly with brands that invest heavily in creative testing and understand that creative drives performance

• Partner closely with founders, media buyers, editors, and designers to influence growth

• Become part of a curated talent network where your skills are matched to the right opportunities

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Develop creative strategies, ad angles, and campaign concepts for paid social channels

• Research audiences, competitors, and market trends to uncover winning messaging opportunities

• Write creative briefs and scripts for UGC creators, video editors, and designers

• Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data and customer insights

• Collaborate with media buyers and creative teams to continuously improve campaign performance

• Stay ahead of platform trends, creative best practices, and emerging advertising formats

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience developing direct-response creative for eCommerce, DTC brands, SaaS companies, lead generation businesses, or marketing agencies

• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or other paid social advertising platforms

• Excellent copywriting, research, and communication skills

• Ability to combine creative thinking with performance marketing and data analysis

• Comfortable working independently in a remote, async environment with a professional approach to client work
